Who runs this site
This website is operated by Kheprai, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware, United States (“KheprAI”, “we”). Contact: evolve@kheprai.ar (in Spanish, evoluciona@kheprai.ar; in Portuguese, evolua@kheprai.ar).
What it is for
The site presents KheprAI, a strategic business consultancy that designs and implements AI-powered strategies. Its content is for information only. It is not a binding offer, and it is not professional advice for any particular case.
Intellectual property
The KheprAI name, its cube symbol and wordmark, and the text, images, animation and code of this site belong to Kheprai, LLC or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or modified without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify a relationship or a historical fact.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always online, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party sites it links to.
Terms of use
1. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
2. Use of the site
Use the site lawfully, without interfering with how it works or with the rights of KheprAI or of anyone else.
3. Applications and engagements
Submitting a case through the application form does not create a contract, and it does not guarantee that we take on the project or a start date. An engagement exists only once both parties sign a proposal or agreement that sets out its scope, timing, fees and conditions.
4. Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us in your application and in our first conversations as confidential. Where it is appropriate, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
5. Results
The examples on this site illustrate how we work. The outcome of each project depends on factors specific to each company and is not guaranteed in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KheprAI is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site or from decisions based solely on its content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here, with its date, is the one that applies.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to the competent courts of that State, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
Privacy policy
Controller
Kheprai, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
- What you send us through the application form: your name, role, company and email; your phone number if you choose to add it; how you heard about us; the size of your company, the investment you plan and when you would like to start; and your answers about the case. We also record your consent and the date of the application.
- What you send us by email.
- Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and to keep the site running.
What we use it for
- To read your application, decide whether we can help and reply to you.
- To prepare a proposal when you ask for one.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run this service for us (hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or with a competent authority when the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Data is stored and processed in the United States. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it wherever it travels.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to evolve@kheprai.ar. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access or alteration.
Minors
This site is meant for companies and the people who run them. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Browser storage
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and code are served from our own site.
While you visit, your browser’s session storage keeps one technical value: where you were on the page, so that reloading brings you back to the same point. It holds no personal data and disappears when you close the tab. The language depends on the address of the page and is not stored.
If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first and ask for your consent where it is required.
